In this 75 minute class Melanie will explore postures and poses that open and release your body into shapes to help you properly stretch and feel successful in your poses. Yoga isn't about being a human pretzel it is about embracing your bodies unique abilities. Melanie will help you start where you are and and with consistent practice you'll gradually improve your flexibility. Yoga is for everyone!
