This 4-week series, running every Saturday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, starting February 3rd, is designed to nurture and support expectant mothers through the transformative stages of pregnancy.
This series will focus on gentle yet effective practices that promote physical well-being, emotional balance, and a connection to the growing life within. Mindfully led by our experienced and certified prenatal yoga instructor. Pregnancy is a sacred and beautiful time, and we are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space for moms-to-be.
