Calming candle lit ambiance set the pace for this gentle therapeutic practice. This predominantly seated practice is designed to move stagnant energy for the release of mental and emotional tension. Expect to experience traditional yoga postures and somatic movements combined with relaxation and breathing techniques to create a beautiful, rounded practice. Each week attention will be drawn to body systems or muscle groups for deeper release of tension.

Sheila is a knowledgeable instructor who loves to create community within her classes and ask what you would like to work today. The flow of each class is predictable and familiar although each every class has a different and focuses structured around your needs today.
