Christina creates heart-centered sound experiences designed to restore balance and ease. She practices harmonization with crystal bowls, weaving in soothing instruments such as chimes, drums, and flutes. Each bowl is chosen for its unique vibration, resonating with different parts of the body—including one that envelops the whole being. When Christina plays, she pours her energy and intention into every note, guiding you into a deeply calming and restorative state.

For over 20 years, I’ve dabbled in yoga, but after a spinal surgery in 2017, my practice became a true cornerstone of my life. Since then, I’ve deepened my journey through courses, workshops, and retreats in Vermont, Tulum, and Costa Rica. Along the way, I discovered the transformative power of crystal bowls—an experience that inspired me to share this healing practice with others.
I’ve trained in two distinct crystal bowl courses, studying both the history and science of sound as well as the art of harmonizing while playing. Each practitioner brings their own unique style, and I encourage people to explore different approaches. My sessions focus on using vibration and sound to reduce stress, improve sleep, and uplift overall well-being.
