Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Unwind in the soft glow of candle-light during this 90-minute Restorative Yoga and Nidra workshop designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest. We’ll begin with intentional movement & fully-supported restorative poses to settle the body. Then we transition into a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation. Suitable for all levels, this nurturing experience offers space to slow down & renew. Expect to leave feeling grounded & deeply replenished.
